I don't think melatonin gummies work. But my doctor already prescribed me benzos, I've got temazepam. And someone gave me some zopiclone as well. It's not a benzo, it's a z-drug but it works in the same fashion as benzos do. I've not used any of it yet though.

Happy for you. Take that job though boyo you need to get out as much as possible now. When I read the post u made couple weeks ago about quitting one I thought that was it no offense. Also yes 30 isnt that old as far as going to college/uni again. Most people start at 18-20 and dont know what they are doing anyway. Think it would be better if more of us put it off a couple of years and went when we are more mature/actually know what we want to do.

You have to maintain positive momentum in the right direction. Once any negative habits again you will start the slow descent into rotting.

I also suffered from insomnia for quite a long time, and I have been NEETING for like 2.5 years now . I think its time to stop. I started browsing this forum in May 2024, and you were the user I most frequently viewed .

Time to get my life together and end the NEET lifestyle before I turn 20.

The reason I am sceptical about taking the job is because I'm not sure if I can do it, you know? I'm actually going there tomorrow to see if I can manage it. We'll see how it goes. The closest thing I got to ascension was at my furniture store job, I met an intern there and after knowing her for 3 days she asked if I wanted to watch a movie with her together at the cinema. We ended up going the next night. (I discovered she's married, and it was a one-time thing haha so it's whatever). But yeah realistically I don't see myself ascending within 5 years at least.
