I dont really have acne anymore since I got topical tretinoin and some other medication I forgot the name of. It worked wonders but I still have some scarring that I’m trying to get microneedling for

Only side effect that I got was tera dry skin and pain in my joints pretty much it. The dry skin real tho make sure you moisturize 3 times a day or your skin will start peeling off and wear lip balm all day or your lips peel off aswell

Yeah tretinoin is legit. But I am guessing it took ages to go.

Accutane is usually rapid. 3-6 months and it's gone

Exactly thats why I wish I got prescribed accutane, but tretinoin was the best that I got. Still trying to get accutane sometime in the future. Took months for me to get actual results. I used dapsone too but it just fucked my skin more so I only used tretinoin

I think my nosebleeds got worse, but i already have problems with my nose previously, so thats prob the reason

Lip balm and Thick moisturizer is important. I actually got mild eczema on hands and arms temporarly cuz i did not moisturize there. Most likely wont happen to you though

I've taken doxy before it works pretty well but as soon as u stop taking your skin goes back to looking like shit while accutane has a longer effect
