What ketoconazole really does is nuke steroidogenesis in your body.
Im on nandrolone and estrogen, so idc. Its not an issue for me. For me it really just means lower cortisol

What keto really does for me is inhibit the enzyme which breaks down of eplerenone by an extremely large margin allowing me to get away with a third of the dose
