I’m 6’2 and 68kg and i’m still not fucking lean i’m 17% bf.


As disclosed by the forum.


My face is puffy can’t see cheekbones anymore. Hides my bones.

Only my 3/4 and side profile look okay.


No idea what to do either keep bulking or just get lean, but i’d be fucking 65kg at 6’2..

U can achieve max hypertrophy on maintenance
Should i just cut because im bloated and i’ve got a halloween party in 2/3 weeks.

If you don’t want to waste gear you do. You will just have a mediocre build and never progress beyond your first year in the gym, regardless of how much gear you pump in your body.

If you are B&C drop your dose down, and cut. If not then I would PAMF for a month and then surplus from there, and possibly extend the cycle a month.

Ideally until you had a veins and striated quads. Just stick to PSMF for 3-4weeks and you’ll be in a good place. You shouldn’t regain more than what you cut in that time in fat mass after the whole cycle, so you should have around the same or less fat mass by the time you finish the cycle and bulk.
