I'm panicking about my teen years getting wasted

I will be 19 this year and I still play wrestling with pens I have a huge collection of pens of different designs I give characters to each pen like john Cena,Brock Lesnar,roman reigns, undertaker and I clash them In different ways imagining that it is a spear,kick etc.. I do it almost every single day since I was like 9 or 10 now I realise that only non breedable specimen will do these type of things ...I can't fucking help it ..it has become my addiction ..I have finally accepted it that I am a loser Omega male and can never be alpha and act like a man in a relationship I have no personality and no girl on this planet is going to take me seriously and I'm also going through a series of rejection despite on No fap and looksmaxxing so hard..I'm so fucking depressed I feel like I'm wasting my youth while all my normie peers are exploring each other and exchanging love ...here I'm still rotting on .is and .org

Yes I always knew that I was no Nt and tried to act normal forcing myself to hang out with normies and making friends hoping that I will become comfortable with it someday but it is only making me more miserable
