Gonna eat Christmas buffet w/ family on Saturday and it's all you can eat, so I figured this would be a good time to do it.
I'm pretty experienced with fasting, but feel free to recommend anything, really. All your advices are very much appreciated!
My plan is to not consume anything with calories for a 72 hour period. I'll subsist merely on a few (much beloved) beverages, of which water will of course be the number one go-to.
Other such drinks will include:
Black coffee
Green tea
Other teas
Apple cider vinegar
Lemon water
... And that's probably it
Gonna have a little bit of sea salt on Thursday and Friday for electrolytes
Maybe I'll get fatigued and not want to do much sometimes, but I'll try my best to stay generally active
Oh, and btw, I'm not gonna break the fast with the Christmas buffet. I'll have a small snack like avocado or some nuts just a few hours prior.
