Gonna eat Christmas buffet w/ family on Saturday and it's all you can eat, so I figured this would be a good time to do it.

I'm pretty experienced with fasting, but feel free to recommend anything, really. All your advices are very much appreciated!


My plan is to not consume anything with calories for a 72 hour period. I'll subsist merely on a few (much beloved) beverages, of which water will of course be the number one go-to.
Other such drinks will include:
Black coffee
Green tea
Other teas
Apple cider vinegar
Lemon water
... And that's probably it

Gonna have a little bit of sea salt on Thursday and Friday for electrolytes

Maybe I'll get fatigued and not want to do much sometimes, but I'll try my best to stay generally active



Oh, and btw, I'm not gonna break the fast with the Christmas buffet. I'll have a small snack like avocado or some nuts just a few hours prior.

Doing this also didint eat nothing today but some ice cream I'll check back in December 10 I love leanmaxxing threads it's basically the only looksmaxx other than surgery if I don't say nothing dec 10 im a liar

I will look at my body and jawline every morning and thank you soley @Eriot Lodger for it I'm average height just still 20 percent body fat.

Brutal no reply pill on your other fasting posts they don't want you to ascend it's the only looksmaxx there is everything else is surgery just blackpill genetics and gym and mewing will at most add a point or 2 in the span of years or if your lucky you got on minoxxidil and fin before going bald or height maxxing but for most people plates are already closed.

That's great! I'm only doing ~33 hour fast this time because I wanted to get a workout in. Later today I'll be feasting on Christmas food yummm 🤤

Damn 5 days I did that a while ago but I looked fatter so i just hated looking at myself in the mirror but now I don't look too bad so lose motivation

I lost like 2 kilos. Just weighed myself now at 71.8kg. I think it's an ok weight, but I would maybe like to get down to 69kg. It's doable now since I have a little bit of money to spend on the necessary supplements. Any lower than that would really be underweight so I think it's a good number to shoot for.

Eat apples or spiced, slightly stir fried spinach. Keeps you full.
