I'm planning on getting custom cheek/IOR and wrap-around jaw-implants. I'm scared of looking unnatural/uncanny/fagmaxxed. How do these mock-ups look?

Clearly I'm recessed, but I permajutt already and can't get bimax due to length of recovery and cost in NY. I'm looking to get custom implants to address asymmetry and recession in cheeks/IOR and jaw/chin. I understand that I'm bloated now (20% bf), but it's because I'm bulking, and I'm usually at 10-12% bf. I just want to know if these mock ups look uncanny/unnatural. I'm trying to avoid fucking up harmony or looking unnatural.
