That was an interpretation (false one) that came in the 17th century. The bible never states how old the universe or earth really is.

Christ existed but you can only argue he wasn’t divine as he claimed to be, not that he never existed. And even then there’s evidence suggesting he was the son of god.

I didn’t see this at all, sorry. My own experience came with how one night I couldn’t get rest because I was getting violent thoughts and mental images of gore put in my head that I knew didn’t come from myself and was according to my belief a demon or demonic adjacent being trying to tempt me and cause me pain.

So being a catholic I start praying as hard as I can and it works for a while but then it comes back so until I started praying out loud directly from the heart and used Christ’s name, I instantly had an image in my mind of almost black blood spilling on my wall in a way that looked like it could only come from a wound of the “slash” of a sword and I knew instantly that some sort of heavenly being had injured it gravely for torturing me and it became weak and eventually left me alone and I cried afterwords because I felt so loved and protected in my faith. It’s one of the main reasons I’m such a believer in god since I really think that nothing can harm me through belief and prayer.

It was a very vivid and powerful experience and I even got to see what the creature looked like.
