Zygo implant (to fraud it) and lefort 2 are the main ones. But you can support it with philtrum shortening (if you have a long one ), infras, adjusted implant for your situation specifically.

No. I mean everyone situation is different so just talk with your surgeon or something so he will adjust it for how you want it to look like

If u had longer midface and downward growth. Would consider LeFort or just focusing on midface (midface long cause nose) rhino + lip lift.

I would focus on midface. Long midface is the worst falio to have

Yeah pretty good no acne I just use moisturizer

But smthn about my skin looked way better at 14 compared to now at 17
Idk if it’s collagen loss from smoking and uv8 or what
U think it’s worth checking out? Or probably better to pin ghk for my problem
