I’m probably one of the most knowledgeable person here when it comes to softmax functions. Ask anything

Hey copercel, I think you forgot to reply to my question :feelsrope:

Do you mean like how to get them projected by some methods? If you do then some good methods I’ve done and worked for me are-
Mewing (basic), belt/towel pulling, bonesmash your mandible and chin ONLY.

If you want more mass- zinc, magnesium, d3, iron, calcium, k-2, mk677.
If you can get them naturally it’s better

What are the recommended MG/dose for the supplements?

I'm not sure about bonesmashing it's cope since Jordan Wood made a whole scientific study claiming it doesn't work.

Does HGH increase mandible size? I'm trying to get a better mandible and some forward growth. As for Zygo's I want them like projected a bit yeah so I can have good under eye area (Zygos kinda play a part over here)

1. Google it

2. Well bonesmashing is so complicated and when it comes to if it’s working or not it’s kinda neutral. A few people here showed me there before and after bonesmashing (they were after 17 so don’t think I’m a dumbass thinking bonesmashing worked for them when it was puberty) and the results were actually surprisingly good.

3. Hgh increase your bonemass in general but it doesn’t mean your mandible specifically will become more projected. It could tho

Does the supplements help with zygos growth since it does target bone mass.

Also do you have any good maxilla development methods?

Anything I told you CAN increase your bonemass but it won’t particularly WILL. Are you getting me?

I'm pretty sure it just swells the zygos
The swelling could make them pop out more tho. But gradually that can make them even worse looking

Btw I got a question, have you done anything for frame?

I've seen a lot of people saying 'ohh you only get a good frame since birth"
But shoulders definitely play a big part in them right? I've seen people's frames look wider because of delts

Yes of course. Im personally training only shoulders and back for a better frame.

And you can fraud your shoulders with shoulder pads but yeah that have a lot of side things you need to keep in mind (like in school it’s hard to fraud them since your friends will notice and people can like jump on you *for fun* and then it will fall, and you can’t fraud it on the beach obv etc)

Honestly I don't want to fraud, shoulder pads look like a fun thing to add if I'm acting like a jester. Lmk what exercises you're doing

It doesn’t actually matter. I don’t even remember what Exercise I do since I JUST FUCKING TRAIN.
I don’t get why people think specific exercises will work better than different ones.

I just do the basic

For jaw just chew a jaw trainer (search in amazon)

And relax your frontal muscle.

And I forgot to mention that you nose is very wide, you can treat it with hydrocortisone and co2 laser.

PDO Thread refers to a type of cosmetic procedure that uses Polydioxanone (PDO) threads to lift, tighten, and rejuvenate sagging skin without the need for surgery. PDO is a synthetic, absorbable material that has been safely used in medical sutures for decades.

In aesthetic treatments, these threads are carefully inserted into the skin using fine needles or cannulas. Once in place, they offer an immediate lifting effect and stimulate the natural production of collagen, which keeps skin firm, elastic, and youthful.

there are 3 types of thread : Mono, Screw, Cog

Yo do yk where to apply hydrocortisone? I’ve got a wide nasal base and I feel like my fatass nose is the thing holding me back the most.

Thing is I heard from somewhere not to apply it to the base

I have blonde hair, so my eyebrows are practically invisible and my eyelashes don't stand out. I want to dye them, but first, I’d like to grow them out longer. What’s the best routine for growing eyebrows and eyelashes?

I’ve been thinking about using:

  • The Ordinary Lash & Brow Serum
  • Minoxidil 5% (not sure if oral or topical is better)
  • Castor oil
  • A dermaroller

Whats the best routine?

Apply only where I drew the square , not more than that and not less . Unless you want your skin to get damaged blah blah

The main things you HAVE to do in order to actually grow your brows and lashes are: oral minox, typical minox (only in eyebrows) , ghk cu (you can use the typical aswell but that would be less effective and you can use lattise (I’m not a big fan since it nukes your eye fat).

Optional: derma roller, castor oil for extra results.

Copy it to here
i was a gymcell last summer-autumn weighted 85 kg at 181 cm , now im about 184 сm and 73.5 kg at 16 yo (i will turn 17 in may)

i struggled with debloat in winter , and i was cutting on carbs and procecced food slowly , so now after i fixed my diet i have whole meals twice a day :

- for breakfast (around 8-9am) about 300-400 grams of chicken , 1 egg and 250-300 grams of farm cottage cheese and raw honey
at around 2 pm i have 2 glasses (600-700 ~ ml ) of raw milk and 1 banana as a snack
- for launch ( around 5 pm ) i have 400-450 ~ grams of meat (it can be fish , liver or whatever my parents cook) with an egg
and around 9 am i eat only 2 eggs and go to bed at 10-11 pm

i feel really good throughout a day but my main issues are skin and bf% (or bloating idk) . for sure i became leaner since autumn and my face got slightly cleaner but i still fell bloating in my cheeks (and my nosolabial folds are really piss me off) from time to time meanwhile my bf is about 13-15% and i have very little amount of whiteheads but the number of darkheads is remaining still and sometimes i have inflammations on my face (even though its invisible on my pfp) .

as for my skincare i use cleanser foam and moisturiser in the morning and evening and toner in the evening

i think these issues are connected with raw milk cuz i heard that it can cause bloat and inflimmation on the face but i really want to hit my micronutrients and grow and raw milk (besides eggs) is only good food source i have acess to. also i hit the gym twice a week now but i have a little cardio activity (maybe 5000-7000 steps a day) cause of studying

so my question is are there any tips u can give me for skin and becoming leaner ? is skincare routine and products are cope? do i need to drink more water? (or less)
