I can’t afford a fat graft and I’ve seen others have good results with UC.

It’s an aqualyx alternative

It doesn’t decrease the fat it makes your fat cells leak triglycerides which then get drained through the lymphatic system

I was looking at brands and Unoisetion and ARISTORM came up but they are pricey. I think an ideal UC device can have multiple heads with one smaller head so that you can be more selective when using it on your face

Ideally yes, my main problematic fat pads are my buccal fat pads tho so this worked fine.

And I wasn’t in a great financial position

Went fine, did my first session last night on the lowest setting, I didn’t get tinnitus which is good, I used aloe vera gel and taped a cardboard mask onto my zygos as a just in case.
I moved the device in circular movements in the beginning and then switched to sweeping motions towards the final minutes. It is pretty loud, but it is noticeable when the device is on bone so I may not bother masking next time. I marked out the locations of my mandible and zygos and just avoided them. So far there is minor redness but overall not too bad. I also just stayed close to the center of my face so it would be less risky.

as long as it forms the to loud you should be good.

Works faster than aqualyx and is less damaging to tissue.
