Hi, I need to lose weight fast (Im 5ft 4 and 98kg) my bf% is 46.

For first DAJUM u fat fuk i am fat wiht 18 persent body fat how did you get 46 first cut meals eat more protien drink ALOT of whater sleep well and to help u 1 sweet per 2 days like 1 ice cream not a pack

Assuming your maintenance is 3000kcals/day as a piece of lard/whale/tubby cunt, over 5 days, you're in a 15kcal deficit.
Each pound of bodyweight = ~3,500kcals.
So you would have lost ~4 pounds of actual bodyweight + the water weight from the depletion of glycogen stores, which could easily be more than what you lost in bodyweight.
Creatine would not have compensated for this difference, and that is assuming you started taking creatine when you started fasting, but you probably didn't, so it would've made no difference since you were on it before/during/after the supposed fast.

Eat less than you burn and you lose weight buddy. Diet is more important than exercise for weight loss. 500 calories below maintenance a day makes you lose a pound a week

It’s still calories in calories out, yes genetics can make it harder to lose weight but at the end of the day if your in a deficit you will lose weight no matter how bad your genetics are
