The problem is that other users here that deleted their accounts have posted my pics without my permission and i'm fucked. The mods don't do anything tho.

Punishment for stepping onto .org
It'll be hard for these to go wide though and if they don't have your name, and if your current account isn't connected to anything IRL-related, employee background check providers and sites won't be able to produce them. If they do? At best it'll be something like reverse image searches to find them on Google, and without captions it's just regular ass photos of your face

The problem is that mods don't do anything since my pics are in deleted accounts and not uploaded by me.

Unless you’re going to a job with a strong security clearance ( Military, intelligence ect) then it’s very unlikely.

If you’re worried just delete your account so they can’t associate you directly.

Most of our generation have posted iffy stuff online.
