just eat normal food with enough protein in it and workout properly, if you gaining some fat, just reduce the food
if you are not going professional or making money from it, dont even try to minmax your gain by adopting autism nutrition counting and waste money on supplement

Facial bones can grow until your mid 20s, training hard can increase your testosterone levels and help the face develop better, adding some steroids can also improve it further...
 
No lmao he just lost weight around his face. That's literally just how his facial shape/structure is. He could be a skinny tooth pick, and he'd still have the same face because he has no fat covering it.

I am good on that tbh, I am very light and want to gain a lot of weight. Tbh it wont matter if my face is bloated as my focus is on gaining weight+muscle.

do remember you gain fat cell just like muscle cell, you will have fat memory just like muscle memory
its easier to gain fat if you been fat before, this is why many gymcel has bloated face and hard to maintain their bf % unless they roid or constantly cutting.

No bro, you need to yank out a tuppaware box with some dogshit looking food inside every 2 hours, lug around some dusty old protein shaker with "GYM-BRAND" stamped on the front and sip from it constantly, trust me bro
