Im short for my age, how can i maximize growth during puberty?

So im 163cm / 5’4 at 13 and about to turn 14, puberty started a few months ago for me and i havent gotten taller and im just tired of getting called short and being insecure about my height.

My dad is roughly 175cm / 5’9 and my mom is 173cm / 5’8.

I eat clean, track my meals, do mma 2x a week, gym 2x a week, sleep 8-10 hours and im still shorter than my classmates.

Could someone give me tips and just overall more information on how to maximize growth and how to get the most out of puberty?
 
Your 13 you can barely be here and if you eat good and sleep your gonna be at least 185 cm

Thank god because its starting to get really humiliating to even walk around in public with my friends because most of them are 180cm+ while being younger than me

13, a few are around my age and one is 4 months younger and almost every single ones dad is tall while their moms are like 165

if you are seriously doing all of that then its just a matter of time. 13 is way too young to be worrying about height

i mean that cant be confirmed as it depends on his genetics but it is definitely possible

as none of these are going to immediately prompt extra inches. it's your genetics bro. sleep and nutrition sure are optimal for supporting growth. and 5'4 at 13 isnt that bad as you may have not hit growth spurt yet you still have tons of time to grow.

His mom is tall broski thats why im telling that
still 180 is the most expected outcome, 185 would be a miracle that won't be most likely achieved by just eating and sleeping good

Eat good, real meals not just snacks.Sleep 8-10hours everyday (deep sleep have tour go to bed routine, dont eat sugar right before bed, dont use your phone (all of that optimises ur deep sleep, when the biggest GH pulse is realeased). sprinting also helps u grow out. Dont do too much sport like long cardio, teaining to exhaustion or 2h+ gym sesh bc short and intenses sesh are better to increase ur gh. Vitamin D also really important, try to stay like 20-30 minutes to the sun everyday.

I was smaller than u at ur age. Im now 185cm or so (18). I started growing up when i started eating a lot, so do that, also, get good sleep. My mom was 170 and my dad 173cm tall. So yeah bro u can still grow a lot. If u need anything just ask me

Well i got that height being shorter than him at his age. Just by eating a lot, sleeping and playing basketball hahaha

Growth velocity differs by person, not by age.

Growth velocity | Final height, 2 different things

Your buddy might grow his last 3 inches in a month and then get his plates closed. While you can grow let's say 4 inches in 4 months still the outcome will be different. You're 13 don't worry about that shit just deal with it theres nothing you can do if people are calling u short

I cant really get 20-30mins of sun everyday bc i live in finland and atm its -15 outside and the sun happens to show on some days for maybe an hour

Make sure to continue to eat clean and exercise and very important is to sleep enough as hgh produces most during sleep, being shorter than others doesn't necessarily mean anything different genetics and also since ur 13 u probably didn't start growing fully yet, but if you end up not growing at all i would recommend you to get it checked up as you might need hgh therapy but considering your current height and height of your parents you probably won't need it so keep doing what you are doing rn and if complications appear better get it checked up immediately instead of waiting

If you have the time, go to the gym. It'll give you confidence and help you grow a little bit more. Coming from someone who's 6 foot and around the same age, it comes with downsides. For example, my wide range of motion makes it harder to bench, and my friend who's around 5 foot can bench more than me despite weighing around 40 pounds less than me. It's similar to how you feel walking around with your friends, but i guess how much you bench isnt something people can see. Just take advantage of it. We'll all get made fun of for something at some point in life, and you'll get taller eventually.

Dont cope and spike your cortisol levels bro.. My parents are around the same height and im 6'3, just eat what your given, sleep well and you will probably be fine. If not js become a sub-human entity by taking height lengthening surgery down the road (im sure you wont need it tho).

MMA, Gym.. too much Stress for the body. At your age i was chilling the whole day in my bad playing Pokemon and masturbated like crazy and still somehow managed to grow up to 6ft2. Your sleep is good. U just need to inject hgh and testo combined, otherwise its useless. And skip the heavy weight lifting at your age(it will negatively effect your growth), just do some MMA and light exercises with your own body weight.
 
Get 8-10 hours of sleep everyday, eat healthy and keep a clean diet, stay active like stretching playing sports and running, and if you really want to maximize it you can slowly blast hgh later on but just let puberty take its natural route
