i have been eating in a surplus (around 3000-3500 cals) for the past 2 and a half months i only see myself getting fatter near my love handles and having severe issues with bloating and indigestion.ur nutrition seems like shit

i primarily focus on getting like a decent 120-160 grams of protein for the day and adequate carbs before and after my workouts so i dont think my nutrition is the problem here
i cut down for like 4 and a half months back in july of 2025 to october i got dick skin shredded in my arms and back but still held significant fat in my belly
