i have been lifting for almost 2 years now im weak i look frail weak ive been skinny fat my whole life i hate how i look can someone help me with gear dosages and what to take M17

i have been eating in a surplus (around 3000-3500 cals) for the past 2 and a half months i only see myself getting fatter near my love handles and having severe issues with bloating and indigestion.
i primarily focus on getting like a decent 120-160 grams of protein for the day and adequate carbs before and after my workouts so i dont think my nutrition is the problem here
i cut down for like 4 and a half months back in july of 2025 to october i got dick skin shredded in my arms and back but still held significant fat in my belly

Mk677 for muscle and bac water for bone growth but be aware that this cycle could destroy your liver and health
any safer alternatives ?

depends on ur bfp and maintenance calories, 300-400 kcal deficit is fine

I just clean bulked to my perfect weight also u shouldn't cut if ur underweight

If u start a test cycle with high estrogen lvl u will get gyno and female features. Get a blood work

U genuinely might consider fixing ur Fuckass body by doing the right split and continue to change each few months or even a month fix sleep make it early and sufficient and eat insane proteins if still ass js hop on test dyor tho

Make Sure your Nutrition, Sleep, Tracking in the gym, are all locked in then get check your bio markers and get a blood test before you even consider hopping on nigga
