my neck pain is chronic been had this shit since middle school i shit u not i look like im fucking tweaking of meth the way i look up and shit, had many people talk bout it tho i cant properly kb.

anyway im doing ts thread to ask of what drugs i could i take

ibuprofen helps but at high doses affects muscle sythenes ( my own reaserch btw) baclofen does jack shit, i ve been on 30mg of baclofen never felt anything, obv pharma grade btw not india mart. i have tolerance for the dumbest shit. 2 mg of nicotine made me vomit in the class infront a group of girls. but 400mg and i can still sleep 1 hour later. what can i take has to work? normally i smoke cbd but my bitch ass mate chiefed it
