holy shit all I know and care about is myself. I couldn’t give a fuck about others, not even my loved ones
Just now there was this girl who is my friend who was visibly sick and she was sitting next to me because we normally talk and whatnot everyday, and today she looked off because she was obviously sick. She said she would lay down in the seat next to me and i literally told her to not extend/stretch her legs out so I could instead
That was probably the most textbook example I gave myself and have of my egocentrism. Completely disregarding and just not caring about my friend who is sick because I value my ego more than anything and anyone.
Im so egocentric and I don’t even try to be. It’s who I am.
due to the fact that I am very egocentric I have many flaws though. I barely have any sense of empathy and can unintentionally hurt the feelings of others or “read the room”.
