You would think the first thing i'd do after joining this forum would be cutting down to at least 10 percent body fat percentage but i'm still 17-18 bf%

What do you guys do to stay lean?

same but i dont feel like i need more, when i go for a run i have pretty much hollow cheeks. I wouldnt benefit from getting even leaner, most people wouldnt.
