How tf are people eating 2000+ calories a day I just can’t do it

I am a walking skeleton I really need to fix this shit

oh yeah ur finished bud gg i was thinking maybe ur some twink in puberty that could potentially spam roids and gain bone mass but at 19 ur small weight is more of a side effect of very low bone density so it never began anyway

And apparently I’m supposed to be 150lbs how tf are you meant to do that

2000 calories as total daily intake is too low for a man
 
The main reason I don’t eat a lot is my fear of getting fat

I don’t have any healthy foods at home but eggs

So through out the week I’m basically eating out once a day and on the weekends I’ll make 5 eggs in the morning since I have time in the morning plus DoorDash or wtv

eat 28 eggs ever y day or like 20 eggs and some milk

then buy healthy foods if you have money to eat out every day just spend that money on good quality foods and eat that instead
 
What are good caloric foods
animal fat and protein
5 eggs and 10g of butter is already 600 calories, I eat that with one whole avocado and boom 1000 calories in one meal

very easy to hit 3000+ calories with a diet predominantly animal based
I add extra virgin olive oil to every meal
1 tablespoon = 113 calories
consider milk too if your gut accepts it and doest react negatively as it helps with the overall calorie intake

No not really. Think having boxing and wrestling almost everyday pretty much just made me gain not anything noticeable just muscle rlly
 
start drinking raw milk instead of water and mix it with honey or something, will work.

u need to watch mentzer diet guides and follow them dont be bitch gettin high calories is easy at worst you can just eat a scoop of peanut butter every hour and ull gain weight literally easiest shit ever in 21century is to be fat
 
I usually write to everyone that in order to lose weight you need to stop eating flour, start eating a lot of flour, bread, pies, etc., you will start to gain weight :Comfy:
