everything I do requires zero cardio
I wake up get on computer, do anaerobic exercises and sleep
after like 3~ days I have to go touch grass and go on a run to regain my energy then I feel like shit for the whole day and don’t want to do anything from the one run
about to go on a run rn
is there any way to avoid this?
