was walking for half an hour and started cramping on my calves
over for me tbh

me too. Starting a solid workout routine and diet as soon as my bench and creatine come in along with stretching calves + hamstrings daily and couch-to-5k.

I usually sprint before school, 30s sprinting and 1min and a half walking, this shit x8
Try it if you dont feel like jogging a long distance
I do this at 5am because there's less people but still when i encounter someone they get scared shitless seeing a manlet sprinting at them at dawn

i havent started yet running once my calves get used to walk long distances i will start running
I walk and do some jogging but I’m heavier than you atm
