Why? Why is life so unfair?
Most people I meet in real life have normal midface ratio and FWHR.
Even if they're not attractive, they look normal.

Next to them, there is me.
Fucking deformed guy with a long and narrow face.
Everything else is normal, but my ratios are so shit that I'm not even able to look normie.
I look odd.

I could be 6/10.
Instead of that, I have to cope with jaw angle implants, malar implant and canthoplasty just to look MTN.
And if implants does not help mitigate the problem, I might just rope.

JFL I took a ID photo as well last week to make a passport because I'm having implant in a foreign country next month.
This was fucking BRUTAL.
I look so narrow I almost cried.
I hope there is lens distortion. Otherwise it's just not worth a try for me.

Already did and it helps a little bit to have a better jaw definition, but it does not help with FWHR.

If you get jaw angle for width you probably need zygo as well or it will look off / won't increase your smv. I am doing both to compensate for my narrow / long face. Already had trimax, just re-doing the genio as well.

At least, if malar include that zone i wasnt aware, usually the infraorbital malar we ve seen on the forum dont go on the sides as much.

Edit: you need to make sure they extend on the side of the zygomatic bone, many surgeons follow the orbital foramen and add volume there which isn't the same as working on the zygomatic width if that makes sense

Remember OP most of the times its not the long midface thats the problem, but a narrow skull (cant find that pic of St Midfacecel)

Long midface can be helped by :
- good jaw and chin projection
- forward growth
- good Pfl and eyebrow Length
- good mouth width
- hair volume
- thick neck

Narrow skull is a failo that can not be fixed unfortunately besides temple implants (which i doubt anyone will get here). Having good dense hair also helps also as some user mentioned MSE it can also better up the FWHR.

However some gl guys with narrow skulls out there. You have to go to the prettyboy route if your skull is narrow and the things i listed csn help the failo of long midface/narrow skull
