this is seeming unfixable, i have basically no chest development, little skinny ass arms, i cant do more than 5 pushups properly, 18 inch bidelt, tbh cant name a single good thing about my build, how do i even fix this, i cant go to the gym for 1-2 months, is there a way i can save myself to the point where i can do atleast 30 pushups properly in one set

how much weight we talking? also fuck that it’s better to do quality reps but fewer over retarded reps so do as many as you can on this priority 1. clean 2. weight 3. reps

i do train intense tho 6x a week as following: push pull push pull push legs rest
did u have any chest/shoulder development in the beginning

yes best working for me is
- chest fly
- incline DB press
- flat db press
i feel like u need arm development for db press cuz i can never lift the weight without wobbling my arms

i mean kinda yeah for arms i just do curls and tricep extensions both machine and rope forearm curls i do freeweight

Well i mean eat well (high protein) and do whatever exercises that you have access to at home.
Idk what else it would be when you can’t go to the gym

i can but going in january idk its gonna be too packed so i feel like going in feb after building some discipline

home is enough if you know what you are doing but my ass is lost without weight so i can’t help you there

stick with it for a month youll be fine

Honestly just go in january. The gym equipment will always be superior to what you got at home
