I don’t plan on building muscle, it’s not like I want to be kabaddi player (if I did, I’d definitely go all out like a madman in terms of training haha, good thing I’m lazyI mean it's good but cardio alone won't really build any significant amount of muscle, i have a few dumbbells and light weights and even just using them for like 20-30 minutes a day makes an impact. They're cheap too if you buy used on craigslist or whereever. This way you don't even have to go to the gym and can workout in your room.
Diet just eat fresh natural foods cooked in butter, Eggs, meat, fruit, some veggies so you don't get constipated and ofc lots of water throughout the day. Okay how about 30 minutes of training twice a week? just do it, at this point you either want to stop being skinnyfat or just keep calling yourself lazy and never get anywhere, the choice is entirely yours. If you do it properly, no — refeeding syndrome only happens when you’re not being careful. Start off with something small (couple of days ago, I just began with just three peanuts, waited for at least an hour before I ate some goyslop). This time, I plan on doing the same, beginning with peanuts and then later on I will have some tomato soup, I’m starting off small. No big meals until at least one day later. Last year, I did a five day fast as well, hung out with my friends that day and broke my fast by goyslopmaxxing (pizza, sushi and boneless fried chicken). End result was my stomach couldn’t take it and I got a diarrhoea attack at my friend’s place, normally I am always able to hold it in but not that day. Lesson learned. Also, avoiding carbs is a must. It’s usually if you break your fast with carbohydrates that you get refeeding syndrome. Or if you just stuff yourself.is there any risk of refeeding syndrome?

When I started out, the first 24 hours were the most difficult, along with the following 24 hours, but after that, it had been pretty easy for me. I’m not even hungry at all, and this time I’m not dealing with any headaches. I think those came from dehydration because I wouldn’t drink a lot, I’d just go through the day with one big cup of chai but that’s not good, so now I’ll plan on drinking more than usual. People who fast highly recommend electrolytes as they’re a must-have, but I’ve always done this without that so I will continue doing this in my own way.

Where were you when you fainted ? Did you collapse on the concrete at all and i sustain any injuriesI used to have success fasting up to 5 days at a time but when I fainted it was on my third day of a planned 1 week fast. I tried again a couple days later and it happened again on the second day. Something changed with my body, I guess I got a little weaker.
Now, I'm planning on doing this for a month with breaks every 3 to 5 days and with electrolytes. I'll take it slow to test the water and make sure that I don't go too long.
