im a physicaly active person, i have training equipment in my room, and for cardio well.... i do jumping, alot of jumping i just be jumping to the roof of the rooms in my house i do like 100-200 daily, i like to do it beacuse it keeps me fit and you know muh masai jumps, but today something happend, exactly 30 minutes ago... i was

jumping around my house then i went upstairs and guess what... my fuckass dog was there, i was about to jump but it came close to me i backed up went back a little and i didnt realize my head was directly under my fucking doorframe i jumped to touch the ceiling and i hit my head hardest i can ( my doorframes are made of cement and metal) i legit thought my skull got cracked in half, then i did tests for balance, eye test, checked if i can do quick math in my head, if i can talk, if i

felt bad or my vision was blurry, luckliy nothing happend ( for now...) i took some hydrogel bandage and put it up my head and currently sitting with it while typing it and my head hurts, honestly i think nothing happend, but i already feel a huge huge bruise forming up, its going to be so fucking big, im legit retarded bro
