Well thanks man. Idk I’m just really fucking depressed knowing I will never ascend with my subhuman bideltoid among many other things. It’s so over for me 97% of this forum mogs me

I think I will just get more “schizo” as time goes by, as my brain experiences this torment they call life. With each and every day, mental health deteriorates. It is a curse.

Frame stops it's growth around 23 years, maybe 25 if lucky. However you must have great t levels to make sure it fully develop. I'm coping with shoulders stretching rn. Facial bones can develop but depends case by case.

studies says that clavicles are the last bone in the body to stop its growth in lentgh, that would happen around 25yo but i believe that the biggest growth is done by the time you are 21yo max. The average man from 21 to 25 yo gains like 1.5/1.7mm of lentgh in the clavicles per year. Idk if considering your asian you'll develop more masc features since asians are low dht and it is what cause facial and physical changes in white males past 18.

That pub med study didn't say the ethnicity of the people that joined it. It was said that they didn't have scoliosis and kyphosis though so they were "healthy people". It also says that the growth reported refers to each clavicle but I think that 3.7 mms or a bit more of total clavicle growth from 20 to 25 sounds too good to be true.
