half a liter a mix of carrot juice and orange juice daily for beta carotene glow/vitamins

nah man trust me. its all about the situation. when i walk around in winter, i have my fingers inside my jacket pockets 24/7 just where my pepper spray lies.

also ive been to enough fights or close fight situations where i know when to pull smth and not let anyone get close

I take Zinc and Vit D along with Magnesium and Calcium on top of hitting optimal protein intake.

Depends what shift I do, but sometimes il do it in the evening, sometimes morning.
cuz i work 12h a day, even if it’s an office job it leaves me with no time and i barely get 8h of sleep every night.

insanely good ngl. im only doing this strictly for 2-3 weeks now and get constant dopamine rushes and good mood from all kind of things. hope it doesnt get worse again

All those supplements and skincare are complete cope. I stopped every skincare for 3 months and my skin was the exact same. Nowadays i Just apply some serum for glow effect. Diet and excercise are enough

i know that skin care is mostly cope. i did skin care for months now and still had shitty skin until i stopped eating sugar and trash and suddenly i got nothing despite having less skin care

nope,look at ronaldo for example or the average top athlete who works out alot, all of them have lived on a perfect diet/no alchohol since min 20 yet they still look there age when they hit 35-40 more or less,only reason they dont look older then ppl who dont workout is bc the diet balances both out

nah i love the gym its fun but i did have to stop working out when i realised lifting metal is poinless/waste of time and bad for longevity once i realised 90 percent of faggots in there look old as shit especially for there age,i still workout for like 40 mins weekly cardio
