IM TIRED OF BEING AN INSECURE LTN, HOW CAN I ASCEND? (pics and what i already am doing/planning to do)

Im 14 turning 15 in august. I have tretinoin, clindamycin, and a BP wash and ive been on it for about a month (actively purging). im gonna dye my eyebrows (what color?). im also gonna get hydrocortisone to shrink my nose, how do I go about applying it? i really want to ascend because im very insecure and im tired of feeling ugly all the time. any tips are really appreciated. also, im sun burnt so dm the redness.
