I'm 5"7 tall and turning 16. I weigh 134lbs in the morning without food and im trying to bulk up to 141 pounds and ive been eating around 2500-3000 calories a day and i still havent gained any weight every morning i check not including night when all meals eaten. I've been doing this for more then 2 weeks now and still haven't seen any weight gains and i don't excerise at all too so that cannot be the problem. i eat around 5 meals a day with high ass carbs (white rice) and that by itself is 1500 calories from the white rice i eat from all meals included.
Serious guys i dont think i can bulk up i might give up
