I fix my sleeping schedule by staying awake the whole night and then going to bed the next. Not sure if I would recommend but it does help.

But people lose everything at 40 and turn it around so what are u worried about? I had a rotting period on drugs for 3 years in my mid 20s and found it didn't effect me. Ppl react to the energy u put out and if u are confident and behave high status they treat u that way. From reading ur posts ur aware of where u are in life but not ashamed/self conscious so that puts u in a good position to turn it around.
