first post here , i really dont know what to do im so downgrown its crazy my side profile is horrible , although i think my front is kinda decent , the only things saving me from roping is the fact that im 189 6'2 and have a nice frame , do i really have to wait until im 18 to get surgeries or can i do some softmaxxes that will help me a bit. please help
