I’m upping my leanmax deficit to 1800

This means I should be allowed like 3 extra eggs (big egg is 72 cals). I already lose weight at 1600, but I’m the point where I wanna find the perfect deficit for myself so I can still eat as many nutrients as possible and not worry about losing muscle.

Btw so far I’ve lost like 15kg, and honestly I feel like I’ve gained a bit of muscle in the process too. But that was when I was gigabulky and around 25% bf. I doubt I’ll be seeing any muscle gains moving forward

How can you even function at 1600, do you just lay all day or what

1 hour cardio + 30 min gym session.

Sure u could in theory lose weight in a small deficit, but are u losing it fast tho?

It took me 1.5 mth to go from 20%+ bf to 10% bf where i could see my ab vein
