I'm upping my MSM dosage to 8000mg a day

I've been consuming 4000mg MSM and 1500-2000mg vit C for only 4 days

I'm upping my dose to 8000mg MSM and 1500-2000mg vit C

Does this seem unhealthy?

I will soon in probably 2-3 weeks reach 24000mg for skin whitening purposes.

getting to FP3 from FP4 seems to be very possible, theres some google patent woman who got to fp3 from fp4 with only 4000mg msm.

Interesting, the study I linked earlier shows otherwise and I personally haven’t seen many use it to palemax
