step 1 is walking. dont over do it albeit. 40 minute mogs imo. either 1 40 min walk with something to eat/drink or two 20 minute walks. 2 hours would leave my feet sore and deter me from walking maxxing the next day.
step 2 is stretching at the park-maxxing. im focusing on this for now i will upload my optimal stretching methods soons.

walkingmaxx+stretcingmaxx are the two most underrated haxx

walking maxxing also build insane bone density if youre a heavy person like me. its all concentric improves cardio and flaccid hang. increases metabolism. keeps feet warm. litterally endless benefits.

maybe shorts walks multiple times throughout the day are better than 1 longer walk though i need to do some trial and error.

I used to walk a bunch before I had a good bike. I'd walk usually 30 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes a day. Now I just bike.
