Im young, what do I do for long term improvement?

Im 15 years old, 190cm and 70 kg. I wonder since I’m still relatively young what habits/exercises I should do for long term (and/or) short term improvement.

Can you please be a normal human and send a side while you're standing up and same for your frontal so we can give ACTUAL tips

Ok first, fraud your overbite by jutting
These methods may be cope but just try them
Hard mewing, chewing mastic gum and other hard foods, bonesmashing, chin tucks and posture realignment.

Methods that WILL work:
Exercise, sleep with good timings (e.g 9pm-7am), eat good nutritious food, maximize ur vitamin d, zinc, magnesium and vitamin k2

FAcially there isnt much extra you could do when yiur young. You can maybe just framemax and dickmax
