The CEO is a businessman, his job is to make profit, if people who buy his product are dumb/ignorant that's not his problem and he shouldn't be demonized for it, even if he takes advantage of them.

The killer is not respectable by any means, i would only address the killer as a hero if it was an act of self preservation or profit for himself, but the kid lived in a better house than the CEO, he's a hypocrite, if he cared so much about the masses why didn't he start his own healthcare company that didn't take advantage of them?
