It is a moderator function to be able to check anyone’s IP. Registering using a VPN isn’t allowed so that’s not possible. Yes, there are rules for the Ratings section. Threads with a red OP tag are serious threads. No low effort posts are tolerated there. First violation results in a verbal warning, subsequent violations will result in actual warnings with the severity of each warning increasing with every violation. This rule only applies to threads with a red OP tag. A blue not OP tag or a yellow Mog Battle tag are exceptions to the rule. I was the one who came up with the new rule and I enforce it. So make sure to not break the rules.
