Frame rn at ~15% body fat. 20” bidelt and barley have any shoulder muscle (still 17 btw) by the time I get my clavicles to grow another inch on each side I’ll have a god tier frame my torso is also very long for my height (6’0.5” I could honestly work to be able to fraud 6’3 and get away with it)

Anyways my muscle inserts in my chest, bicep, tricep, delt, lats, and back are all insanely ideal even tho they are small. Delts could be a little bit more rounded but that’s mainly due to lack of mass not the inserts. I have to pray that when I finally see my abs I have good genes and they aren’t uneven or worst case scenario a 4 pack.

In exchange for my very good frame, height, proportions, and muscle insertions I am not able to build muscle for the life of me despite over 4 years of constant lifting. I literally get hard off the thought of what I would look like with a good amount of muscle mass even tho I’m already blasting gear jfl. Maybe one day hopefully soon it will all click and I’ll have a crazy ascension….

Either your gear is fake, your training is trash, or something is seriously wrong with your body’s ability to grow muscle.

Either your gear is fake, your training is trash, or something is seriously wrong with your body’s ability to grow muscle.

I’m on 675 test, 25 anavar, 18.75 aromasin, also taking semagltuide and mt2 at varying dosages

Bruh the source is one of the biggest U.S. labs I got it off sst I promise it’s legit… everyone here gets their shit from sst. It’s just genetics bro I can’t build muscle

I shouldn’t need to train abs they should be sufficiently developed from other exercises if I get lean enough. Maybe I’m not lean enough maybe they are wayyy too under developed it’s true I’ve not really trained them since everyone says they are “made in the kitchen”

I’m cutting rn but eating high protein foods like eggs and steaks. Lifting almost every day other than when I took a week off cause I over dosed semaglutide

The dnp was months ago and didn’t really do shit I should’ve added a glp1 on top of it.

I think my genes for building muscle are bad but when I did blood tests my natural test was at 280ng/dl which is very very low. Best course of action would be after these 2 cycles I’ve already planned and bought for to maintain dosages of 200 test a week combined with stuff for bone growth over a long period of time probably a good 6-8 months and during that time make absolutely sure my diet and training is on point. If that dosent see meaningful growth I’m giving up.

I did them a week before pinnin. 280 NG/dl is not fucking normal at 17 for a male. Normal would be maybe 800 and ideal closer to 1200

I AM done with puberty by bone age was 19 as of last winter.
