IMO this forum downplays medial canthus too much

I remember reading here that downturned medial canthus is correlated with a low nosebridge and that only custom infraorbital rim implants can change it's shape but up to a certain amount, big change not guaranteed.
I have a shitty low nose bridge but at least got the downturned medial canthus, so it makes sense tbh

How do you know so much about medical verbiage?
Are you a medical student or a doctor? I can't help but feel a little bit deficient when I read your posts.

No. I just use the forum search function before asking something. It's info anyone can know browsing here, not a big deal.

Those models are squinting vs DiCaprio being at rest. The medial canthus becomes a lot more apparent when you squint.
I have noticed that when I push my lower lid upwards my medial canthus becomes a lot more pronounced.

you don’t
Yeah. These niggas don't realize just how rare that is. He is probably some dude with normie eyes squinting his ass off and angling his face down and then judging his eyes that way while that pic of gandy's eyes is a candid.

Big downturned medial canthus contributes alot with pfl. I also noticed that usually people that looks way better squinting have big downturned medial canthus because it becomes way more evident by squinting

It holds your eye back from looking striking.

Short canthus example :

No big failo, a bit of uee and a short, neutral medial canthus.

Meanwhile all these chads has insane medial canthuses

Its not fully over if you dont have medial canthus like above but even Leo isnt striking like the chads above because of his medial canthus, despite the fact his eyes make for %70 of his attractiveness.

I think canthoplasty increase it.

Epicanthoplasty too. Though it only works if you are asian.

You can fraud it with eyelashes too, like eyelashes transplant to that region.
@ForeverRecession Eriksen with the best eye area here. People say his cheekbones is his best feature but I know it's his eye area

I know exactly what you are talking about and actually tried to discuss that multiple times here.

The medial canthus becomes sharper and looks longer. It basically looks like what foids do when they put eyeliner on

If you have a downturned medial canthus, in my experience you can probably replicate this without having to squint by ice hooding + exercising your orbital muscles. It's even more pronounced if you have double eyelids with very mild epicanthal folds or with nasally tapered creases

No, its cope. Its not talked much - medial canthusb- bc its impossible to get. Plus its niche appeal
It’s not niche appeal, in the sense that you’re not ever going to find a girl who’s gonna be like “yeah I hate/love long downturned medial canthuses”
Niche appeal would be like a mullet or something

But it does basically nothing, if you’re ugly you’re gonna be an ugly guy with long medial canthus, if you’re good looking you’re gonna be a good looking guy with a short medial canthus, and vise versa. It does basically fuckall for your psl rating

So apply mascara there and icehooding?
ice hooding and exercising orbicularis oculi.
I guess eyelashes can help but wasn't really talking about that.

Obviously they don't have that kind of vocabulary. They will say something like "I like feline/fox eyes" instead.
