Impact of romantic relationships on looks

Pretty ironic to ask something about real relationships here , but has anyone experienced real changes about their looks / any aspect of their body cause of being in a relationship?
Ever since I had a girlfriend I feel like i've had increased masculinity / test but might just be growing up idk
Can't find any studies about this only some retarded slop so I'd like to get your opinion

some dummys feel to comfortable and put on weight (quiting sport stop exercising) this is bad when one person in relationship does it but if both do its calm. I seen this happen to people in my football team when i see them like a year later after they leave
