I'm assuming this is regarding infraorbital implants. Fat grafts won't prevent you from getting them.
They also address two different issues. They aren't perfectly comparable.

I guess you mean that implants address bone deficiency and that fat grafts address fat loss?

unfortunately for me, I lack both. I plan to get fat grafts done asap because implants cost a lot more. I guess if i want further projection then I'll get the implant. I think getting implants done first is optimal but i dont have the money.
