I was watching this vid of Dr.Coceancig ;

he basically says that after the whole advancement on the maxilla and mandibula, and if your cheekbones look recessed after those facial parts advanced, you can get facial implants 12 months later :oops:.

And you will need another remodeling, to design your implants.

So you need to plan for months, scheduling the bimax and then after a year you can get facial implants, and after 6 months since your swellings gone, you can be ready.

Roughly 2 years or over passed already.

Also he said, all this will significantly widen your nose.

Surgeons also do cheekbone implants with bimax in the same surgery

You can have implants at the same time as your surgery. I did

If you want to wait after , I'm getting jaw implants at month 9 and could do it alot sooner if I wanted to.

It's just a basic analysis, just like using BMI to measure someones fitness.

so isn't it too far? some say it's too much advancement, might end up looking like monkey

It's not a good analysis how much advancement you need, he likes to go big with his movements, but that doesn't necessarily mean better.

Coceancig is a butcher literally worse than Josef mengele
