Implants for a sunken midface?

Hi guys so if you have a sunken midface or a flat midface (bad maxilla) theoretically could you get implants to mask it an example I saw were paranasal implants

Yes. Implants are law. Lefort osteotomies are preserved for those with actual facial deformities or breathing issues. Implants can fix little recessions/flaws that don't require such a thing as lefort or bimax. This is only if recession is mild though.
