Implants or jaw surgery?

Jaw implant results are really good..

but I never seen the gonial angle change with jaw surgery.

I talked to a user on this site on making that happen he said only jaw distractors but let’s say we can’t use jaw distractors

are implants a bad decision overall?

should they be avoided at all costs because they do provide results

I have a small overbite is that malocclusion and do have problems breathing at night
