Opinion of metformin in blood sugar control while opting for most bone growth possible? If it has a negative effect on bone growth abilities of GH and IGF1 ill drop it immediately.

Alternative blood sugar regulators that dont disturb Bone Growth and or IGF1 Production/Signaling?

On Paley's website, only Accutane listed as a blocker for bone growth. also berberin might be better option.

berberine does the same metformin is supposed to do. inhibit protein synthesis by ampk activation. theres a study on berberine and metformin acts the same way. would this impair bone growth from high gh doses?

its not about bone growth blocking, its about metformin preventing the GH&IGF1 taking full effect
