U could try lash serum or castor oil, but this won’t be as effective as oral minoxidil

Minoxidil prescriptions can be easily obtained online by websites like Hims. Oral minox isn't required though and lash serums like the Ordinary lash serum are easy to get on websites like Amazon. I personally use it and have seen results, and use topical minox for eyebrows and overall hair health
