Impossible to get lean

Ive been trying to get lean for fucking 2 damn years now and still I’m the same weight, I’m fucking stuck at 17%bf Idk what it is but It’s like I’m obese mentally, I do great on a cut for weeks but I still fuck it up by binging this shit is depressing, I want to hop on Reta but of course I’m underage and my parents are L’s, no bs I can’t even focus on life because I’m not lean, my fucking goal since 14 was to get lean I was a fatass then and dropped hella fat sure but still no 6pack, bday coming up soon turning 17 still not lean i genuinely think it’s over
